For a trade account: the name of the shop or institution, where it is, and roughly what you expect to carry. For contract work: quantity, whether it is an existing head or a new specification, and whether you have branding artwork. For a quotation we will come back with questions about fill weight regardless, so a first message does not need to be complete.
Any prospective stockist can have one each of up to six references at cost, carriage paid. Contract customers get sampling as part of the quotation process, two rounds included.
Tuesday to Thursday by arrangement, about ninety minutes, and you will be on your feet throughout. The building is single-storey and step-free; the dressing benches are at standing height but we can bring work to a table if that helps.
Send batches of fifty or more with a note of the account name inside the box. We quote on receipt, and if a batch is beyond reworking we will say so and return it rather than charging to find out.
We are happy to talk to anyone writing about materials or about small manufacturing, and we do not have a press office, so it will be one of the same three people.
